Agreement

By accessing or using Tallyify, you agree to these terms. If you are using Tallyify on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in ways other than through the interfaces we provide.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You retain all rights to the data you put into Tallyify. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Changes
